Chalk

Chalk is a rock that one can break with bare hands. It is white. A very bright tone. It can absorb water like a sponge. It is transparent when wet. I think it is also toxic, but not dangerous since it is not food. When drawing, one half of the piece of chalk, flows downwards as white dust. The chalk dust is heavier than flour but lighter than cement. Like cement, when contact is prolonged chalk can dry the skin causing it to shred. It's lines are best, on lightly textured surfaces; glass can be to smooth, unless it is matte.

Don`t go there!

Sketches for an add showing places where not to go out.

Ghost Busting

Art for Otaku Festival Creature edition.

Yes, this is a Ghost Buster.
Tried to draw it in one go, without looking at the whole from a distance(as it is usually done when drawing murals) so I had a surprise at the end as I descended the ladder and realized the title font is Busted!

Pan-am

Paris-Panam was a bar.
They asked me to draw something, so I thought of Adam & Eve.

a Tentoumushi title: Helion

Penciled these pages as a guest to a Helion round-table meeting.
Helion is a crazy Sci-fy mag in Timisoara. One of the few of it`s kind left.

interminabile

Series of drawings made during a trip to Bucharest.

aqua forte; aqua tinta

Two engravings made on metal using deadly acids. So dangerous it could melt one`s teeth just by breathing close to the acid-pot. When we were done(at school we were) we would safely get rid of the acid by pouring it in the sink.

Super disco (erased) drawings

Super-sized paintings for a club that plays house music. Ordered by the owner in a desperate attempt to popularize the place. The attempt failed, so the place was redecorated short time after, than went down for good.

Alita tribute

Battle Angel Alita 3/2 meters tribute for a friend`s dorm.

Monthly strips for a music review mag called Sunete (Sounds)

Carnivale

Unused set-design concepts for a feature animation while working at Genius3D  an animation studio. These are the first sketches for what would have been a 1930's amusement park, at night. My job was to draw every single object for the 3D team, but before that some general layout concepts had to be approved. This all ended in tragedy, but I will talk about that some other time.
